With the presidential election tomorrow Carlos Whittaker, the blogger at the middle of the Ragamuffinsoul.com community is hosting a prayer event for our leaders. He was prompted to do this because of how much division he has seen this election causing, and so he has come up with a unique challenge. During this prayer event we are going to pray for “the other side,” thus the title praying backwards. If you are a supporter of Obama, then you can come and pray for McCain. If you are a supporter for McCain then you can come and pray for Obama. It isn’t praying for their victory, but for them, their families, their marriages and their faith; as a united body, the Church.
